Manto is a crazy dumb ape who’s appeared in every single TM game. He always has big ambitious plans and always fails miserable.
In TMIII Namida, he’s trying to compete with one of the ‘real’ bosses, by setting up his own theme park.
When he rambles on during the fight, one of the things he lists is every TM game he’s appeared in.
