OMG………..I ALWAYS feel like a damn punk when I watch this….I was in the 7th grade when I read this book and 8th grade when I saw the movie. Im 27 now and I CRY every time I see this scene.!!!!! GREAT movie and GREAT book!!!!!!!!!!!

the greatest thing about this story is… when i first read/saw the ending, i was thinking, “wow this is so unrealistic i could think of many other ways to resolve this issue”, but when u rlly start to think about it it u realize it rlly was the right thing to do…
