I have to write a paper on a literary technique or method that John Steinbeck uses to help illustrate the central theme or messages in his novels. The novels I plan on using in my paper are East of Eden and The Pearl. I would also like to incorporate Of Mice and Men if possible, but I can’t seem to find a connection.
I am thinking of writing about the biblical parallels used in East of Eden and Of Mice and Men to help illustrate the central message in those two books.
